Built by the famous architect, George Washington Smith in 1923, this vibrant studio is reminiscent of a thriving movie industry that once was centered in Santa Barbara. At the back of the property is the Lugo Adobe, built in 1830 - one of Santa Barbara's oldest buildings from El Pueblo Viejo (the old town).
